Hello Sir,
My wife has put 1st dose of misoprostol pills(2) between teeth and cheeks at 11:25AM. After 40 mins, As they are not absorbed, she has swallowed with water at 12:05PM. After 30 mins, that is around 12:35PM, she felt weak and vomited completely.

In this situation, I request you to suggest on the following points.
1. Do we need to repeat the 1st dose again ?
2. When should she take the 2nd dose vaginally? If she starts bleeding, how can she take the dose vaginally.
