Hello, Someone I Know, Was Admitted To The ICU On

Hello, Someone I know, was admitted to the ICU on Thursday night, (four days ago, confused state) he has cirrhosis, complete liver failure, his kidneys are failing - he is now receiving dialysis - he has not woken up since Friday morning (is sedated) on a ventilator.... recent update is that his ammonia levels have dropped...
what I want to know is... what is the worst case scenario..best case scenario and most likely scenario prognosis?
