I am having problems with acid reflux. I have gone the route of dieticians and cut out a lot of foods: no acidic, no spicy, no fatty, no foods with seeds etc.. I do not drink coffee, alcohol, but 5 cups of black tea a day. I have tried the route of probiotics: yogurts, .... also expensive pills, etc.
What is your opinion?
