Hello: About 4 Years Ago, I Was Prescribed Levaquin For

about 4 years ago, I was prescribed Levaquin for pneumonia and also codeine. I think I took it for 7-10 days.
I don't recall any negative symptoms while taking it. But, about 3 weeks later, I developed insomnia which has persisted with varied severity since. I also, had some peripheral neuropathy in my leg which has improved.
Question, can this drug cause these problems years after taking it. I understand it can damage CNS. If that is the case with me, is there any way to diagnose that and treat or fix it.
