Hello dr,
I'm a 23 year old guy, suffering from meningomyelocele, my physiotherapy and neurotherapy is going on to make me stand and walk on my feet and for my bladder problem I do self catherization 5 times a day after 4 hours, I want to know about my two problems, first is that I have problem in ejaculation, I do get erection but never ejaculate, though for few occasions during my adolescence I got ejaculate in night while sleeping but that too a little, is it because of my problem of meningomyelocele? If yes then what should I do to overcome of it?
Second thing I want to know is that is meningomyelocele is a genetic problem, I mean that is their any chance that my future generations could have this problem too because of me?? Please let me know about my these problems I'll be thankful to you
