Hello, Earlier Today Around 1pm We Found A Spot Of

Hello, earlier today around 1pm we found a spot of light blood on the floor about the size of a quarter, but watery. I wondered what it was from but didn't think much about it. I have a mid size dog and a poodle 10lbs. I thought maybe it was from the midsize dogs foot. Well, I just saw 3 small drops of light blood in the room, so i picked up my poodle and checked his paws and all over. I found nothing… But, I just went in his sleeping area and saw 3 more small drops in front of his head and i took tissue paper and touched his nose and sure enough there was watered down blood! He is 9yrs old, active, has a good appetite & weighs 10lbs. Thanks for helping me.
