Hello , Its Been About 6 Months Since I Had

Hello , its been about 6 months since i had infection on my toe ,one day i was cutting my nail and i accidentally cut myself right next to the nail , it got really infected is not an overgrown nail ,i tried taking some keflex and putting my feet in warm hot water with salt but the thing is ,the job i do ,is standing up all day my toe gets swelled and recently i notice water blisters on my toe what should i do ?
