Hello, my 12 month old baby has, a fever, swollen, bleeding gums, and sore throat, for 3days, I just notice 2 sores on her tongue,one at the tip of her tongue, the other on the side, she's taking antibiotics for 2days, have not seen any relief, she's not eating and very cranky, please help, thank you
