Hello, my name is Cindy. I've been taking terbinafine for fungus toenails for 9 weeks. Recently, I've been experiencing a lot of gas. I feel a lot of movement in my abdomen, then either I pass gas or belch. I've even went as far as taking a pregnancy test, because it almost felt like I was pregnant with all the movement. It is negative. Then, I had a sharp pain in my right side last night at work. So I called the doctor & they advised me to stop the medicine. In 9 weeks of taking this medicine, can there be liver damage? Plus, will the gas go away in a couple of days? Thanks for you input, Cindy.
