Hello My Name Is Martin And I Am 21 Years

Hello my name is Martin and I am 21 years old. 6 months ago i was riding a bicycle every day when it was freezing (because of a part time job), since then I have been having lung problems which don't improve at all. The symptoms appear almost always after physical activity when i breath heavily (riding bicycle, walking uphill), not immediately but another day or in the evening and then it gets again gradually better and after few days i feel almost no symptoms. The symptoms are pain or pressure in the middle and lower part of the chest when breathing in or when coughing, but ortherwise i have no cough or wheezing, maybe mild shortness of breath sometimes, rarely a bit of dry cough. These signs are accompanied with cold-like symptoms: overall weakness, higher temperaturer, my chronic sinusitis gets worse, but it all depends how hard was the physical activity. A few times for example i got a high temperature and i sweated a lot and it got better quickly after the sweating. What i have done so far: My practitioner prescribed me some ATB which didnt work, now after around five months i went to a lung specialist - x ray, spinometry - all negative, and i was told to go to overall physical examination. I have no allergies and i have never had any lung issues, currently i have chronic gastritis. To sum it up i am quite desperate and looking forward to some ideas. Thank you very much for your answer.
