Hello My Name Is Scott. I Awoke Up This Morning

Hello my name is Scott. I awoke up this morning with a very sharp pain, left side, lower rib cage. pain radiates up to my shoulder. breathing is tough, I can only do shallow breaths. I also have a cough, very dry. I was in the hospital 3 weeks ago for blockage from scar tissues from a hernia surgery last year. they ran an ekg, cat scam,, heart was all good
