Hello, My Right Chest Feels Weird When I Take A

Hello, my right chest feels weird when i take a deep breathe, and when i do take a deep breathe i always cough. Last night i had shortened breathe, and i used an inhaler (for the first time ever) took a hot shower and rubbed vicks vapor rub on. Today it feels a bit better, could this be due to my allergies perhaps? I am allergic to most animals, dust, etc. I dont smoke, or anything and the only drug i take is an allergy pill (when i remember)
