Hello My Sister Is Only 55 And She Recently Had

Hello my sister is only 55 and she recently had a stoke, we also found out that she's hypertensive with type 2 diabetes, with 2 aneurysm, she's stressed for years also over weight, she has a business; restaurant/sports bar which keeps her very busy, she can't get a break. I don't want my sister to drop dead, what can we do. She's on lots of medication.
