Hello, Question. About 5 - 6 Months Ago I Had

Hello, question. About 5 - 6 months ago I had the implant bar taken out of my arm, but my doctor told me to stay on my pill cause I was having trouble with it, I've been on the pill ever since, I haven't had a period.. I've stopped the pill to get my period and have been off it for 5 days. I still haven't got my period, i got all my normal feelings of getting my period, I took a pregnancy test a day or so ago and come up negative. Em I over thinking it?
I'm under a bit of stress at the moment just wanted to know is there anything else I can do or...?
