What Should I Do Next About Epididymitis Which Keeps Recurring Despite Multiple Antibiotics, And Swelling And Pain Persist?
Hello sir, i had apididymitis 4 months ago. I have 4 episodes of epididymitis in last 4 months. I have used levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,cefoperazone plus salbactum,cefixime. Now since 5 days the swelling and discomfort started again. TLC is 8000,urine shows 3-4 pus cells.ultrasound shows right mild hydrocele and left vericocele.i am now on fosfomycin and nsaid. Sir what should i do now as pain and swelling does not decrease.thanks

I think you may use Ibuprofen or Ketoprofen for pain and swelling. Have rest. You may do an urine culture to check which antibiotic may be used.
