Horrible lower back and abdominal pain when getting up. It subsided a little after walking and going to the bathroom. It started after sitting for a long period in a soft chair at someone’s house. A few years ago I had a bladder infection. Wondering if it’s related.

Hi, please I recently did a semen culture test to check for bacteria because I was having a discharge from the penis and some sensation. The result show no bacteria growth but 2-4 puss cell. I aslo did a semen analysis and no bacteria was detected. Do I still have an undetectable infection?
