Hello, today when I went to the restroom I found a thick off white and brownish red grainy vaginal discharge. I'm on the Mirena. I have had BV, Uti, kidney infections, and yeast infections from recent antibiotics for bladder and kidney infections which will sometimes cycle into BV. I have MS which causes retention and difficulty emptying and is responsible for most of the infections. I've seen several types of discharge as I've had a pregnancy, miscarriage, and been on 3 or for different birth controls since i was 17, I'm 29 now. I was most concerned about the thick and grainy texture.
