Hello, um, I have this problem where there is a flakey, strawberry like, rash under my arms and on my neck and chest. I am a female and I am also 14. I don't know if this will help or not but, my doctors never seem to let us be scheduled. (My mother and I). I just need help. It itches really bad and yes I have had exzema since I was a baby.
