Here is a breif history of surgery and then a timeline of my unresolved symptoms

2009 diagnosed with spinal stenosis and herniated discs in l4/l5-s1

Sept 2009 laminectomy

April 2011 due to failed laminectomy I had a spinal fusion at l4/l5-s1

Since spinal fusion Progression in S.I. joint pain

Feb 2014 10-12 hours of pelvic floor spasms, gone after a night of sleep

1 week later another episode or pelvic spasms slowly onset and led to me being unable to use my legs, upon return of ability to use legs was extreme S.I. joint pain and hip pain, all gone after a night of sleep.

Began to have to popping in right jaw, with pain and sometimes headaches

Since February-present the jaw has progressively worsened and started to pop on the left side, ears began to ring and pop, tongue has began to go to the right side, causing me to bite it, teeth began to crowd, have periods of difficulty swallowing.

March - present
Weakness in ankles, legs, arms, abdomen, pectoral and shoulder muscles has progressed steadily

Joints in neck, sternum, shoulder, elbow, wrists, hips, back, knees and ankles has worsened steadily

Cough developed and has never gone away but never worsened

May - present

Coldness and discoloration in hands, elbows, knees and feet

Loss of sensation in the bottom of feet

Loss of balance that has worsened

Vision distortion such as monocular polyapia and palinopsia that has worsened

Movement of the body that creates a feeling of the ground shaking that has worsened

Trouble concentrating, remembering words

October 2015 - present

Epsiodes of flush skin, darker colored veins becoming more visibly prominent in palms and ditches of elbows coupled with broken blood vessels

Most recent lipid panel was done in November and came back normal

Have had 1 positive ANA and 1 negative ANA so auto immune was dismissed

My worries are possibly ankylosing spondylitis or some type of vasculitis or neuropathy.
