Hi,
Anti Rabbies Vaccine Shots
My daughter has a record 2 years ago of anti rabbies shots (2 shots, 3 times) when she was 1.5 years old. The cat is not ours.
After which we kept her away from dogs especially on cats.
However, I found out that there is a kitten that she's recently playing with. I always check her everytime I went home from office to see if she has scratches or bites as this kitten is very playful. Knowing my child is only 3.5 years old, I have doubts when she would always say that she was never been bitten/scratched.
Question :
1. Since she got her complete shots 2 years ago, is it still effective?
2. Do I still have to take her to the hospital for vaccine shots even if I am not sure it there are bites or scratches?
3. How long can I say that the last shots (2 years ago) is still effective?
Many thanks for clarifying my doubts.
