Hi Doc,
I need to know if the following can be solved by Ayur veda / alternate medicine
I have had the following problem for 6 months, the 1st month (Jan 2018) was unbearable and improved thereafter, in june 2018 it seems to have resurfaced again.

Symptoms as follows:
[1] Positional headaches, which feel worse when sitting upright and better when lying down
Neck pain or stiffness.
[2] Change in hearing (muffled, ringing in the ears)
[3] Sense of imbalance.
[4] feel like nerves pulling when ever i do any physical activity, if I laugh or cough nerves pull around the neck , chest and upper under arms area

age : 45
wieght : 70KG
Height : 185cm
No health issues like diabetes, heart, liver kidney etc etc
