Hi Doc I Had A Triglycerides Level Of 77, Cholesterol

Hi Doc i had a triglycerides level of 77, cholesterol 173, HDL 42, LDL 116 doctor saw me for the first time and felt i needed lisinopril, atrovastertin and metformin all the same day, forgot to mention my blood glucose was 108, though A1c was 7 does this warrant such an aggressive approach like this?
