Hi Doctor,

I am a 30 year old male. I do understand that in general masturbation has no negative impact but I want to know if it is ok to masturbate on an average once a day. Somedays I even masturbate twice but on an average it is once a day. I am married but have been staying away from my wife due to a long term assignment abroad.
