Hi Doctor ..

I'm 38 years old . i suffer from prostate congestion without inflammation (due to examination of semen showed no bacteria) and was diagnosed with congestion in the prostate, the reason I am unmarried (single) and not having sex .

The only basic problem that I suffer from :-

After urinating, and go out of the bathroom, I feel that a small amount of urine starts to walk in the urethra !! Then out of the penis hole in the form of one point !! I thought at first that this was psychological feeling only, and i said to myself,dont care this is not true,this is psychologica feeling only . but it turned out to be a fact !!! not a psychological feeling !!! .

I have been having this problem for many years ago, since I was 25 years old, and so far !!!! now my old 38 years and i still have this problem since that years !!! .

Please doctor .. What is the proper and effective medicine please ?
