My dad aged 68 years, non-diabetic, residing in Mumbai having problems in his legs while walking, standing for long time. He feels like he is having cushion in his feets while walking and hence he has proper co-ordination problem while walking.

We have consulted lots of doctors, done so many tests, some tests reports are enclosed with this email for doctor review.
List of present complaints with duration of each
1. Difficulty in walking or standing for longer time. Last 5 Years
2. Coordination problems with legs. Last 5 Years
3. Cushion like feel in both legs while standing or walking. Cannot be able to stand on both legs for more than 5 minutes. Last 5 TO 8 Years
4. Swelling of both legs and disability to lift up the legs or walk properly Last 5 Years
5. Recently this problem becomes worse, as now my dad cannot stand up without support or walk. Last 1 month.

Full History of present complaints:
Difficulty in walking or standing for longer time.
Coordination problems with legs.
Cushion like feel in both legs while standing or walking. Cannot be able to stand on both legs for more than 5 minutes.
Swelling of both legs and disability to lift up the legs or walk properly
Recently this problem becomes worse, as now my dad cannot stand up without support or walk.

X-Ray of L.S. Spine A. P. / Lateral Test done on 20 October, 2016.
X-Ray of L.S. Spine A. P. / Lateral Test done on 06 October, 2016.
Sugar test (Bio chemical test) Test done on 19 October, 2016.
MRI Scan of cervical spine Test done on 24 September, 2011

Details of treatments done:
Currently taking medicines as detailed below. Doctors have told to go for operation, but I have heard about Wanless Hospital and hence would like to do your treatment first instead of going for operation for my dad in this age.

Current Medication:
Morning: Before breakfast: Diamicron MR Tablet 1 pill.
Mac Panta tablet 1 pill.

Morning: After breakfast: Nuroday – H 1 pill.
Lasilactone 50 1 pill.
Myoril 4mg 1 pill.
Ultracet Semi 1 pill.

Night: Before Dinner: Mac Panta tablet 1 pill.

Night: After Dinner: Gluconorm SR 1 pill.
Losar – A 1 pill.
Myoril 4mg 1 pill.
Ultracet Semi 1 pill.

Allergies: None.

I have heard about Manglore medical; and have good hope that my dad can be cured in your i without the need of operation at this age. I can take my dad to your hospital for treatment upon your instructions. Please advise.
