Hi Doctor, Please advise on the treatments for the following cervical MRI findings. Multilevel Modic type 1 endplate changes. Marked disc disease at C4-C5 through C6-7. Marked left facet osteoarthritis at C2-3 and C3-4. At C6-7, there is a posterior disc protrusion with mild to moderate spinal canal stenosis, marked left uncovertebral joint osteoarthritis, and moderate to mark left neural foraminal stenosis. T4-T5 disc protrusion with effacement and mild mass effect of the anterior aspect of the spinal cord without significant spinal canal stenosis. Cervical kyphosis centered at C4-C6. Pain on left side of neck, shooting pain and numbness into left shoulder and down left arm into finger, including middle finger. Pain into head, and upper back and between shoulders and into left shoulder. Some pains shuts to right side of neck and shoulder. Very stiff neck and pain with movement. PT failed, taking pain medication and muscle relaxants and still symptomatic. History of pedestrian accident in 2006 and rear-end accident in October 2015 with increase symptoms.
