Hi, Dr Rynne. I Have Couple Of Symptoms And Do

Hi, Dr Rynne. I have couple of symptoms and do not go away already a year.
1.Appetite change all the time, either I eat too much or don't feel like eating at all.
2.Weight gain , abdominal bloating, nausea, constipation.
3. Severe headache, especially comes in the nights, fatigue, unpleasant taste in the mouth.
4. Feeling tired all the time, no matter how much sleep I get.
5. Lower backache.
6.Sinus symptoms.
7.Sinus symptoms.
Recently I had diagnosed with gastritis which had been caused by H.Pylori bacteria, which had been treated by antibiotics and anti-acidic medications. I feel like I have a problem with the food I take. Like for example I know I can't eat raw fruits. But it's really hard to eliminate most of the food that might cause the problem.
Please tell me what could be the possible causes of these symptoms and what can I do to get better.
