Hi Dr, Rynne, My 28 Year Old Daughter Has A

Hi Dr, Rynne, my 28 year old daughter has a catheter placed in her due to an ankle surgery last Wednesday. She is experiencing 10 out of 10 on pain scale, has throbbing in lower back on right side and moving to left. Pain is spreading to other side of back, temp is approximately normal, heart rate and BP are low, small blood clots in urine, urine is either dark yellow, or clear at times. Urine output is approximately equal to intake. When palpated, abdomen has a hard mass along area of transverse colon. Pain is somewhat intermittent but is overwhelming when it comes. My thought would be kidney stone but recent CT scan (days ago) show negative on that. We have been to ER 4 separate times in past week. She came from her primary care doctor this afternoon and her doc expressed concern over some of the reports she read from the ER tests. Our daughter has an appointment with gastroenterologist on Wednesday for colonoscopy and endoscopy. In the meantime, she is experiencing intense pain. Could she have some sort of blockage that could result in possible sepsis? Appendicitis? We're running low on energy and solutions. Your advice is welcome. She is in PAIN. Analgesics aren't helping. Any thoughts?
