Hi Dr Siegel... I swallowed a piece of chicken bone 3 nights ago. That evening (3 hrs after eating bone) I developed abdominal discomfort, similar to bad wind, or strained stomach muscles. As I had also just commenced antibiotics for urinary tract infection, I assumed the pain was something to do with that. Next day I was very tired, and in the evening, again, I had bad abdominal pain. Next day I felt quite good during the day, but again in the evening, the abdominal pain was back, I felt shaky and even thought about going to hospital. I slept okay, and feel okay today, but now I'm feeling like the bone is stuck in my oesophagus, in the area of the sternum. What should I do?
