Hi I am a 15 year old boy when i was 8 or 9 years old i got circumcised I think the doctors didnt cut away all the skin but took most Of the skin and stitched it bellow my penis Sow now when you look at my penis it looks like it has a beard of skin they said it would go away after a few months prior to the circumsition but today its still there and i think its emberising what can I do, is there some sort of sergery to remove it
