Hi, I Am A 28yr Old Female. For 5 Days

Hi, I am a 28yr old female. For 5 days now, I have been taking birth control to regulate my period (heavy bleeding, cramps etc) I am not sure if the pill is causing this but since I took the pill apart from the first day, I have a tickly cough (I am sure its not coming from the chest). I read through the side effects of the birth control and have none of the symptoms (coughing blood, leg pain, chest pain etc), its just a tickly cough. Is there anything I should worry about or could it be more of a allergic reaction? Many thanks
