Hi I Am A 30yr Old Female Who Is Bedridden

Hi I am a 30yr old female who is bedridden for past year with several health issues. I have Pseudo Tumor Cerebri, Acquired Chiari Malformation, Addisons Disease, Pots, neuropathy, cci, etc etc. i have severe nausea and vomiting to point i lost 200lbs from it since 2012. Last few months my stomach pain has been worse and when im dizzy or have nausea and vomit its just dry heeving and gagging. Before vomit would fly out. Now it feels stuck in throat and chest and I always have pressure there. When anything does come up its only small amount of liquid at a time. Or I usually am choking on it because once all liquid is up I feel the food bunched together trying to come up and it cant so I choke on it and its scary to not be able to breathe while puking. Two occasions as choking I put my finger down throat all the way and felt epiglotis and when I pushed on it a bit all the sudden a rush of air came out and all the vomit came flying out. Could my neuro issues and neuropathy affect my throat and stomach? Or years of vomiting cause damage where I do not fully digest or muscles do not work to bring food down or up? Or is there an epiglotis disorder where it doesnt open correctly when vomiting or swallowing? Noone has been very helpful so far. Thank you!
