I am a 35year old who has been on the OCP Microgynon 50 for 15 years continuously (Originally prescribed by my OB/GYN after having continuous heavy bleeding for 6 mths after my son was born). I have not once had any issues or break through bleeding in all that time, until now. Two weeks ago, I started bleeding and having excruciating pain on and off. I was advised to temporarily add Provera as well as an extra Microgynon pill each day. This was a little helpful, but only temporarily as symptoms keep persisting. Any ideas, please?
