Hi I Am A 45 Year Young Women With Congestive

Hi I am a 45 year young women with congestive heart failure which has not been a problem until recently.
Today I presented with my heart rate increased, bloodshot eyes, both left and right arms were red and my hands were tingly, numb but also painful with blanching, feeling a weird sensation in between my nose and mouth as though my nose was going to bleed, and only a slight ache in my chest. The ER doctor stated my two ekg's and blood work was normal, and was telling me it was anxiety but was really concerned all the symptoms did suggest a slight heart attack. Is it possible with all the test coming back normal that I actually had a slight heart attack?
