Hi , I am a female. And I am a dancer and When I danced roll around a lot and I don't remember hurting my self but recently these past 3 months I have this exact spot on my spine that hurts so bad when I like bend a certain way like when I go to reach for my toes , it kinda feels like a bruise but theses no marks and I don't know what it can be im going to get a x ray this week but I was just curious thank you -alexa
