Hi. I am an over 50, under 60 year young female and I've been experiencing some intense pain lately in my upper right thigh and feet over the past few weeks. I'm not sure if it's sciatica related or not because just the past few days I've noticed how in my lower back more on the left side is also been very intense pain. I have had a history of sciatica, but am not sure like I said if this is all tied in or not. Also have been dealing with alot of cramps in my feet. I'm trying not to forget to take potassum as I know this is important to aid in possible preventive measures as far as cramps in my feet and other parts of the body. I have had spinal surgery this year also. Cervical stenosis in which I was diagnosed with a condition I was born with and they went in and removed 4 of the lamina in my neck. I have noticed on the right side more discomfort even 6 months after. Of course periodical numbness and slight pain is evident in the right side of neck and right hand, it is much less than what was prior to surgery in February. I have had to start taking a muscle relaxer again from time to time but would rather not if I can possibly avoid it, even though I know they are not addictive. When I've been on my feet for any length of time, I find this pain I've explained more intense. At night has been the worse, but have also been challanged during the daytime. My active level as far as excercise is minimal lately and am planning on starting to walk again in my neighborhood on a regular basis hoping that this will help some. I have no insurance to go back to the doctors for any kind of treatment, so I am truly needing to find other ways to deal with this very uncomfortable situation. Thank-you for your time. God Bless.
