Hi, I Am At Pelvic Floor Pt For A Hypertonic

Hi,
I am at pelvic floor pt for a hypertonic pelvic floor, and today, after 3 weeks, she found a hard, bead like small lump on the lower pelvic floor.
She said it could be a calcification? It doesn’t hurt. I’m also using the therawand for internal trigger release and wondered if it could be that.
Obviously I’m concerned it could be cancer, but there are absolutely no other symptoms!
