Hi I Am On Cymabalta 120mg And Remeron 45 Mg

Hi I am on cymabalta 120mg and Remeron 45 mg for severe depression, I am also on Tramadol 100mg twice a day, I have noticed no major side effects, and all of the drugs seem to working great (first time for depression after numerous other ssri's) after researching the drugs online I found Tramadol and Cymbalta and Remeron are counter indicated, should I be concerned? The same Doctor prescribed all three drugs.
