Hi. I Broke My Navicular Bone On My Left Foot

Hi. I broke my navicular bone on my left foot before Thanksgiving. It did not require surgery. I wore splint for 2 weeks and then hard cast for 4 weeks. The cast has been off for 2 1/2 weeks. Wearing boot cast, slipper and unlaced sneaker on and off. Still have lots of swelling and tenderness. My toes, foot, ankle and leg above my ankle are swollen. I ice it, prop it up, and soak in Epsom salt when I can. Job requires much standing during the day. How long does it usually take for my foot to stop all the swelling and tenderness? Is there something else I can do for the swelling?
