Hi, I Found Out About 3 Years Ago That I

Hi, I found out about 3 years ago that I have a enlarged thyroid nodule. They did test it for cancer but it came back negative. I went into the hospital on the 1st of July of this year for diff reasons and they told me that my thyroid was enlarged. For the past few weeks I have had a lump in my throat, trouble swallowing, being hot (not running fever) just body is hot. Ive been having night sweats, no energy, tired, not wanting to do things that normally I have no problem doing. I just had another ultrasound done on my thyroid gland. My dad also is on medicine for thyroid problems. With all these symptoms is it possible I will need to have my thyroid removed?
