Hi, I Got All 4 Of My Wisdom Teeth Removed

Hi, I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday (7:45am) and I'm having pain all over my face, neck, back, arms and chest. Why is it that my body is hurting? My mom thinks it's because I'm not use to sleeping on elevated pillows but I don't think that's why, what do you think?
