Hi, I Got Bit By A Dog 8 Days Ago

Hi, I got bit by a dog 8 days ago and had approximately 25 stitches put in my upper lip from where my mustache is all the way down to the bottom of my top lip. I'm worried because swelling has went down mostly but, it is still slightly enlarged and lop-sided with some sort of bump on the lip too that when I press on it it's numb... Maybe, some fluid build-up? Will the lip stay lop-sided?
