Hi, I Got My Period On Friday And Also Started

Hi,

I got my period on Friday and also started the contraceptive pill that same day.
Because it was a Friday, I took the sugar pill however yesterday and today I've taken the active pills. Firstly, will this do anything to my period?

Secondly, I need my period gone by Tuesday - I have norethisterone, if I keep taking that will it stop my period in the next couple of days?
