Hi, I Had A Blood/ Urine Test And My Transaminase

Hi, I had a blood/ urine test and my Transaminase glutamico Piruvica, TGP, ALT came back high 73 U/L also, my Leucócitos were high 23,000/ml. I'm traveling in Brazil. The doctor sent me to get a urine culture, but the results won't be back until Wednesday. I'm now feeling slight abdominal discomfort and my lower back is hot to the touch. What could this be?
