Hi, I Had A Fever Blister On My Lip(mouth), Then

Hi, I had a fever blister on my lip(mouth), then started my period. The last day of my period, my vagina became itchy at night. The next morning, the labia had what looks like a scrape on it, (in between the folds on the left side), no discharge or odor, slight bleeding? Could this be herpes or something else?
