Hi I had a hair transplant surgery around 45 days ago. My doctor during general consultation advised me to take Finpecia 1mg for three months along with Adgain and Mintop 5%.
But while i was just looking at the medicines descriptiion online i came forward to side effects of Finpecia as copy pasted below. Are they true? if yes are they temporary or i should avoid taking Finpecia for my benefit? Please suggest. Thank you very much.

Common side effects of Finpecia :
Decreased volume of ejaculate, decreased sexual desire (libido), inability to achieve an erection (impotence), mood alterations with depressive symptom, problems with erection (erectile dysfunction), allergic reactions, including rash, itching of skin, pale, red raised itchy skin rash and swelling of the lips and face, breast tenderness and enlargement (gynecomastia), testicular pain, infertility, palpitation, increase liver enzyme.
