Hi, I Had An Abdominal Ultrasound For Some Pain On

Hi, I had an abdominal ultrasound for some pain on right side, burning in back, and heartburn. I am a 58 year old female in great shape, I excersice daily, don't smoke, or drink, I do consume a little more fat then I should! I feel great, have not lost weight! They found that my pancreatic duct is slightly dilated, so they want to do a CAT scan. I am totally beside my self, I am an operating room nurse and of course I think the worst! Cancer! Can you help me out? Thanks, Sue
