Hi I Had Meningitis From Sinus In 1993, No Medicine

I had meningitis from sinus in 1993, No medicine was prescribed. Had severe seizure in 1994, doctor prescribed tab EPTOIN (carbamazepine) but later on I again had one seizure in year 2000 though it was mild. Since then I have been taking Zepto CR 200 mg once a day and 1 tab lonazep 1mg once a day. I was chain smoker, gave up smoking in November-2014 since then I started feeling mental fatigue, dizziness, loss of interest.
10 days ago my family physician asked me stop taking zepto and prescribed Stalopam plus once a day. I recovered to a great extent but I am always under a PSYCHOLOGICAL FEAR of any seizure in future. Please help me with your expert advise.
