Hi. I Have Bilateral Trigeminal Neuralgia Due To Non-malignant Tumors

Hi. I have Bilateral Trigeminal Neuralgia due to non-malignant tumors (they are unable to remove the tumors bec they intertwine w my auditory and vision nerves but are very small!) and 3 years ago, had 5 brain surgeries within a 7 month period at Vanderbilt Hosp in Nashville, TN. It started out as a simple MVD surgery and bec of severe leaking, I had 3 more surgeries to try and repair the leaks, plus a shunt installed due to meningitis. But over the last 2 days, a big "dent" has appeared at the top of my head. It sinks in, almost like a hole, just to the right of my shunt. It doesn't hurt but right in the center of the dent is a super soft spot. I don't have the meningitis headache like before but I HAVE been having trouble with my vision for a couple of weeks. (I just thought I was getting old! LOL). I wouldn't normally be concerned...after all my surgeries, I'm naturally bumpy in the head but this just appeared and it's not a small dent. Its at least 3 finger widths long and EXTREMELY noticeable when you run your hand over my head. What could be causing this to suddenly appear? Thank you so much for your help.
