Hi, I have a tight foreskin and believe my inner foreskin is somehow sticking to my lower glans & coronal ridge. I am currently 48 and indian-asian descent; i cannot expose my coronal ridge of my glans anymore when I could previously do so all of my life until around age 40 (my testosterone levels began declining then and could it be the cause of my foreskin tissue not being as stretchable as before - another separate issue). I have applied topical antiinflammatory cream to my inner foreskin/glans to relieve the discomfort of the inner foreskin adhering to my lower glans. I will see a urologist next week for what to do next.
Q1:Could my treatment be conservative without needing an adult circumcision?
i.e, after a local anesthetic to my penis, could the urologist cut the adhesions between the inner foreskin/glans and restore the original function/look of my foreskin/glans.
Q2: if that's not possible is a Low & Loose circumcision the best answer for me: i.e, When soft penis, the foreskin covers glans fully/partially, when erect the foreskin retracts to expose glans fully and inner foreskin ?partially?
p.s. I like to keep my original foreskin as it keeps my glans moist and I don't think about sex; otherwise, an exposed glans will initially be too sensitive for me when it rubs my clothes rather than my 'original' foreskin. It could be a distraction.
